Kevin Burnstein

Kevin is the Director of Videography and Editing for Explore Social Change. He began his career in cinematography, where his talent for creating visually stunning narratives quickly became evident. Kevin later transitioned to photography, bringing with him a unique, atmospheric cinematic lighting style that has garnered widespread acclaim. His expertise and creative vision continue to inspire and influence photographers and videographers alike.

Lynn Reynolds

As a post-production and graphic design intern, Lynn uses their skills to visually enhance Explore Social Change’s brand and content. They are passionate about bringing attention to social injustice and finding ways to combat it in our community and beyond. They are very interested in increasing diversity both behind and in front of the camera in the video industry and calling attention to stories that have long been left untold or silenced. 

Marvin Rutherford, Jr.

Marvin is the Director of Photography Production for Explore Social Change. A Detroit native, Marvin served 20 years in the U.S. Army before retiring in 2017 and settling in Nashville with his wife, Ta'Shiqua, and their three sons. In 2024, he earned a BFA in Photography, graduating magna cum laude from Nossi College of Art and Design, and is a proud member of the Alpha Beta Kappa honor society. Marvin specializes in event photography, having contributed his skills to local churches, retirement ceremonies, Nashville PBS and The Nashville Scene. When he's not behind the lens, Marvin enjoys family time and creative projects in Photoshop.
